MILLER, Francis "Frank" b. 1820s unknown location Married 3 Apr 1860 - in Washington Co., IL but filed in Belleville, St. Clair Co., IL. Anna Elisabetha "Elisabeth" FAETH / FATH / FÄHT b. Feb 1836 in Dannstadt-Schauernheim, Bavaria, Germany. Came to USA 1846. (I have info on the Faeth family back to the 1600s.) Children: Louis b. 1861 Edward b. 1863 Herman b. 1865 or 1868 Mary Catherine b. 1868 or 1865 Louise Charlotte b. 1 Jan 1871 - d. Jun 1891 (married Edward TRAEGER 1890). Anna "Emma" Bertha b. Dec 1874 - married Albert Georg Dettleff- Jan 1898 This family lived in Venedy, Washington County, IL from 1860 to 1880. The father disappears in the 1880 Census and the mother's name changes to Catherine. Family stories indicate the family was in Trenton, Clinton County, IL probably around 1890. Family stories also include Homecomings in or near the Mascoutah, St. Clair County, IL or New Memphis, Clinton County, IL area. The boys married: Louis + CAMPBELL ? Edward + Marie / Mary GLAMMEIER ? Herman + Anna RIEMENSCHNEIDER - it is said Herman became a shoemaker. No other information on Mary Catherine. Am particularly interested in where Francis "Frank" Miller was from. Some Faeth family members moved to Bible Grove, Clay Co., IL. Thank you. Gloria - MO
