My ggfather ELIAS DOBSON died on 22 Nov 1872 in East St Louis,St Clair County and I have been trying for two years to find his burial site. He is not buried in the family burial site in St Louis. I was told that many of the cemeteries in the East St Louis area had been moved because of flooding. Is this true ? If it is true, where were the bodies moved to?
