    2. To anyone who has ever requested a copy of these records from the state archives, keep the faith. After about 3 months and 2 seperate requests I finally recieved my records. My family came thru St. Clair Co. and at least part of them settled in Springfield, IL. I now have a name to search in St. Clair.
