The Hospital in Anna is operating and is named: Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center Department of mental Health and Developmental Disabilities 1000 North Main St. Anna,IL 62906 Phone-618-835-5161 Ext 640 1-800-383-1161 They have a cemetery on the grounds where some of the early patients are buried,but all of the stones have been removed.The staff is very helpful.
