Believe the Mooney Motor Cars were manufactured in St. Louis. His descendants still live in St. Louis. I met a couple of them back in the early 80's. The grandson Corky has at least 3 of the original vehicles, one of which a Red Convertable was featured in one of the Muny Opera productions, (I believe this vehicle broke at least 3 arms of it's owners over the years). For the life of me I can't remember the name of the Equipment Supply House that his father owned, it was in the Industrial Complex East of Lindbergh at Bauer. The above vehicles were stored in the warehouse. You might contact the Muny, they just might have his name.
