    3. St. Louis Public Library invites you to join us for a special presentation by Tony Burroughs. Many people in the U. S. have both African-American and European ancestors, but finding them can be one of the hardest genealogical challenges. Join us for "Both Sides of the Color Line: Finding Your Mixed-Race Ancestors" as Burroughs helps individuals find those elusive connections. Burroughs, a noted genealogist, is the author of "Black Roots: A Beginner's Guide to Tracing the African-American Family Tree" and is the star of a recent Discovery Channel genealogy special. Monday, September 19, 2005 7PM - 8:30PM St. Louis Public Library, 1301 Olive Street, St. Louis 63103 Free and open to the public. Parking is free. Registration is strongly recommended. Please call (314)539-0385 for registration or further information, or email me at: mailto:ksmith@slpl.lib.mo.us . I hope lots of people can stop by. Mr. Burroughs is a great speaker, and he really does have something that everyone can learn from. You won't be disappointed! Sincerely, Kathy Smith Librarian, History & Genealogy St. Louis Public Library
