Seeking information & photo of the Soldiers Memorial Monument at Jones Park, East. St. Louis. The Monument had an eagle on top with reference to the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Spanish American War & World War I.Would like to know the inscription on the monument on as well. The monument has been knocked to the ground & broke into various sections.Truly a depressing site.This once great monument honoring our nation's veterans is now ruble. Thanks, Gene Beals
