Bobbie - I have run into this on several occasions. Someone asks for help and then u have to fill out an application form to be allowed to respond to them. I don't do it. There are enough ways to filter your mail without making people work to get help to u. If you have that many problems with your email being spammed - I suggest you get a yahoo account for your genealogy mail. It will filter for u. My husband and I have an account we use for other various organizations we are involved in. We get no junk mail or spam out of it.
