Really looking forward to the completed work "The Saga of St Anne". On-line histories really help long distance researchers in between personal visits. Just for a by the way: There is scanning software available now that will easily scan a page of written text directly into a Microsoft Word document... We just got a new scanner at work a week or so ago. It's fast & easy & it isn't a zillion bucks, probably abt $100 for scanner + s/w. The make of the scanner is Visioneer which comes with PaperPort (looks like only $80 for both according to their website): http://www.visioneer.com/dynahome.html There may be some touch-up editing required depending on the quality of the originals. So far we've had pretty good luck. Hope this helps. Dave H.
