Good idea! not being "as much French" as my ancestors were I was/ am a bit illiterate about different spellings on all these French names.... I never gave another thought to the fact that Gelino could/ should be spelled any different than "Gelino"....... DAAAA on my part !!! I do have a favor to ask -- that is if anyone has any idea(s) as to WHAT different spellings could be used for the last name of BODRIC - please step forward and let me know. I used the Univ. of Montreal site to look up the different names/variations, but there wasn't any for BODRIC.... I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY IDEAS ON THIS! I am not having any luck in finding any trails on this name even though it was written this way on a marriage certificate for my Great Grandmother's parent's ; (Noal BODRIC and Armailen Marion.)
