    2. Elaine, I, too, picked up on the Ducharme name. What I had not picked up was your last name and the name of my great-grandmother-Eliza Fregeau Ducharme! I am not sure how I came to the Fregeau spelling, but these must be the same family. My grandmother, Emma Ducharme, was the daughter of Philip and Eliza Ducharme. I have a photo of Eliza, her brother August, and Eliza's children with spouses (my aunt told me the photo must have been taken after Philip's death). So-brothers Philip and August must have married Fregeau-Frigone sisters? Eliza was a full-blooded Indian. I have not researched much into this family; maybe you have??
