    3. I'm a little confused about the Benoit that married Prudence Desnoyer. Could Honore be another name for Henry because two other sources who e-mailed me said that Henri Benoit married Prudence Desnoyer, so I'm wondering if Honore may be french for Henri. I think the two are different names, but some Henris go by Honor� and vice versa. This isn't the first Henri/Honor� confusion I've seen, anyways. I think even in Qu�bec the names are interchangeable. Listed was Daniel Benoit born Chambly,QC 1742, 3. Listed was Daniel Benoit dit Livernois,marries 1768 at Chambly,Probably at Longueuil. Perhaps this is the Daniel you mentioned as this is the only Daniel listed between 1700 1790 in the PRDH,Univ of Montreal.. a Bientot Jack Langlois
