I could not find a form to fill out. Greetings! I'd have to go back in to the site to find this exact answer - will do so, but a bit later. In the meantime: I have used the site on and off for six months or so at the no-charge level; I plan to subscribe for a month or two very shortly. Several friends who use the site (in French) a lot have suggested that it's better to get the feel of the program first (the format is somewhat different from what one expects), then one will be able to use the paid time better. One needs to know if one's ancestors were recorded in Quebec in that time period, associated with what legal events -- that is available at no charge. The variant list is also terrific, and is also there at no charge. When I have located all or most of my target names and thought out my specific questions, I will subscribe (i.e., go to the next level) for a couple of months (don't know how that's done - assume plain old credit card) and take a look at the text of each entry (legal event) on which I hope and expect to find information I need or want. So I'd suggest fooling around on the site for a while - check out all those French surnames to see if your people were there between 1621-1799, what the variants were - print out or copy & paste the lists of legal events in which they figured - etc etc - then finally sign on to get the specifics. By that time you'll be so familiar with the site that it will hold no secrets about subscribing. You'll have great fun, besides, I betcha.
