I copied the same pages that BobinMonterey sent to the list, and I have the title page. It says "Historical Encyclopedia of Illinois, ed. by Newton Bateman and Paul Selby, and History of Kankakee County, ed. by William F. Kenaga and George R. Letourneau, Vol. 11, 1906".
