Note of Interest: Moise Antoine Cheffer husband of Mary Regnier and Francis/Frank Cheffer husband of Rose Regnier were half brothers. In my mother-in-laws family the story of brothers marrying sisters was well known. Moise father was Charles Cheffer, Franks father Joseph Cheffer, their mother Emilie Chaucie.
