    3. Cyndi - I'll keep an eye out for him in the future - I'd like to find out what the *rewards* were for these men to enlist. It would make sense to me that the last listing could be your guy. If his wife and child had died, he would not have had a family to worry about, and if he were a farmer or farm worker, he may have owned a horse to enable him to join the cavalry? William W. had a widow Sarah E. and George W. had a widow Louise Sarah and Louise were in Illinois when they filed for the pension, but it looked like William served in Indiana George in NY? If you want these, let me know.
