    3. Listers, My great-grandfather was Pierre (Peter) Boudreau, born in Canada 6-10-1845, married Ezilda Bonneville 2/4/1862 in Bourbonnais, Illinois, died 7/31/1903 in St.Anne, Illinois. They lived on Beaver Street. My question: does anyone have information on who Pierre's parents were? I believe his father was also Pierre but not sure which one of the many he could be. Also, the 1845 Piere's mother is reported to be Osilde Stother. I am right against up the brick wall on this as well. Could Stother be a permutation of : Strodeur or Studer?? There are Strothers but nothing of interest for my line. Appreciate any help you can offer. Happy New Year all. Alan Boudreau __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! 3. Alan Greetings in Florida, Have you any snow yet. The Illinois State marriage index 1763-1900 lists the following marriage. Peter Boudreau maries 4 Feb 1867 in Kankakee County, a Dezilda Bannerille. Copies of this marriages may be obtained from the County Clerks offiice in Kankakee. I would ask for the marriage application and certificate. This should have the parents listed. The name mispelling or variation is common for this period in French records. Imagine an English clerk trying to understand a French speaking applicant with a heavy accent. The census bears this out. Marriage et bap.Records from MBVM are to my knowledge not published and the only person I know who has access to the records is Dave King who lives in Bradley. He had obtained records for me from MBVM as I was unsuccessful in getting records from them. Hope this helps. a Bientot Jack Langlois P.S. Would someone on this forum pass this on to Dave King I misplaced his address. ----- Original Message ----- From: "alan boudreau" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, January 11, 2003 8:50 AM Subject: Re: [ILSTANNE] Jan Re-Boudreau > Listers, > My great-grandfather was Pierre (Peter) Boudreau, born > in Canada 6-10-1845, married Ezilda Bonneville > 2/4/1862 in Bourbonnais, Illinois, died 7/31/1903 in > St.Anne, Illinois.
