Merci beaucoup for all the data on the Beaupré-Spénard connection. It would have helped immensely if the records of the folks of yore had been consistent in spelling of names, at least last names. I still think they did it on purpose to confound us. I do have a variance to the data given on the Spénards: o Stanislaus Beaupré, who married Philomene Spénard, also married Adeline Dencan somewhere along the line (according to IL Statewide Marriage Index). I have Stan's kids as: Jules, Wilfred, George, and a possible fourth. I also have some additional data: o For Herminie (aka Arminie, etc.) Spénard, who married Alfred Beaupré, I have DOB of 27 Oct 1847. o For Alfred Beaupré I have a DOB of 3 Feb 1847 (from IL 1900 Census, for what it's worth).
