As a matter of fact, Ginny, yes, I too am related to Celine Dion....I think, if I remember correctly without looking, she's an 8th cousin, once removed. I didn't inheirit the singing voice.......or willowy good looks either. My great grandmother was a Dion - same family, but you have to go back a few generations before they connect. It's a fun association though, and my kids have gotten a big kick out it. My daughter, who is a teacher, has impressed her junior high students with the fact that she is a relative. Myrna
