Don't know if it's just my computer or a problem with the site. In two times of attempting to access the site my computer timed out and had to be rebooted. This happened while trying to load the initial screen of the site. My computer tried for about 7 minutes before it gave up. After those several minutes not even 1/2 of the page had been displayed.
