How about doing some proselytizing for the ILSTANNE list when you are celebrating with the 1955ers? the welcome mat is always out for anyone who has St. Anne area connections - and that includes Beaverville, Clinton, Little Canada, Aromas, and all the rest. And I have somehow missed the webpage addy for the ILSTANNE pics - bought a new computer, and STILL haven't transferred all I need to. Others may have missed it too, so it will be appreciated if you repeat. Thanks! Best wishes, Ginny Crawford

    1. Re: St Anne Pumpkin Festival
    2. The annual St. Anne Pumpkin Festival is being held the weekend of September 24. At least that's what we've been told, and sure do hope it's correct. That's because the St. Anne Community High School Class of 1955 is holding its 50-year reunion that weekend. We had a fairly small class, only about 50 in the graduating group. As of this time we have about 20 with paid reservations and another 15 who have said they'll be able to join us. As best as I can tell, I'm the only member of the class that is involved in this mailing list. If any of you plan to attend the Pumpkin Festival, be sure to look us up. Bob Bovie Note to Ardis Boone: Ardis, do you have a schedule of festival activities planned for that weekend?

    2. Hey gang: Just took another look at the photos I've posted of ILStAnne members/contributors. We have less than 20 photos. I then went to the ILStAnne member list posted at Roots Web. Didn't see my name there but counted about 75 other names. Where's all the pics of you folks? Sure would be great if we could get a photo posted of each one of you. Hope about sending me a photo? Email to _bobbovie@aol.com_ (mailto:bobbovie@aol.com) Or snail mail to me at: 1957 Geraldson Dr, Lancaster, PA 17601. That's just what Bob Schwarz did. He sent me a CD with several photos. Thanks in advance for your contributions. Bob Bovie

    3. All, I know that this isn't genealogy related but I thought this was important enough to share with everyone on the list. Have a great weekend ALL. Alan Boudreau This is being used in Great Britain, and gaining speed here in the states. It is a GREAT way to inform loved ones in an emergency. Please read this and forward it to all you LOVE, Donna This is a good idea.... Paramedics will turn to a victim's cell phone for clues to thatperson's identity. You can make their job much easier with a simple idea that they are trying to get everyone to adopt: ICE. ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. If you add an entry in the contacts list in your cell phone under ICE, with the name and phone no. of the person that the emergency services should call on your behalf, you can save them a lot of time and have your loved ones contacted quickly. It only takes a few moments of your time to do. Paramedics know what ICE means and they look for it immediately. ICE your cell phone NOW! Please pass this one along!
