    3. Dear Karen, Here is what I have on my Boudreau family... Let me know if you see any connections. Albert Boudreau, born 1 Aug 1883, bapt. 15 Aug 1883, gp. Eugene & Ludivine Tremblay Emelien (M), b. 23 Apr 1881, bapt 1 May 1881, gp. Xavier & Rosalie Boudreau Henry, b. 1 July 1878, bapt 14 Jul 1878, gp. Suplien Boudreau & Florence Flore Suplien Boudreau & Alare Tremblay were married 10 Sep 1877 at St Joseph. In the 1880 Cloud County Census: Colfax Township: Servan Budrow - age 27 Ella Budrow - age 18 Henry Budrow - age 2 Henry Boudreau eventually immigrated to Canada and lived until 1959. He died in Vancouver, BC, he never married. As a note of interest his profession was that of a marine carpenter and he worked on many of the bridges in the Vancouver area. Henry was missing one of his eyes due to an industrial accident. Henry Boudreau's mother Allar was a sister to my Great Grandfather Maurice Tremblay. Please see my Unknown Tremblay page listed below as one of the women in the photo is thought to be Allar. Have a great week. 1. [ILSTANNE] Tie To Etienne BOUDREAU ?
    2. John A. (Jack) Davidson
    3. St. Anne List, I followed the recent messages on Etienne BOUDREAU. If what I have is correct, my wife's tie is as follows: Etienne BOUDREAU II/Louise BOURASSA Their son: Narcisse (Nelson) BOUDREAU m Rose CLOUARTE Their daughter Malvina BOUDREAU m Andrew SHOVEN (CHAUVIN)- My wife's great-grandparents. I find that I have little info on these folks-beyond names. I have seen messages referring to BOUDREAU books. Could anyone (1) Confirm this line and/or (2) gives citations for books where I might learn more ? In terms of a roll call on the new RootsWeb list- SPENARD, BEAUPRE, and SHOVEN (CHAUVIN) are the main surnames. Thank you all for your time. Jack Davidson Lakewood, CO

When Linda is well again and ready to resume her genie interests, she should send us the usual command: SUBSCRIBE and nothing else - addressed to ILSTANNE-L-request@rootsweb.com. 1. [ILSTANNE] INTRODUCTION
    2. Hi, I am new to this list and my name is Jan Zewari. I was referred to this list by Les Arseneau who has been a great help to me and my daughter, Michelle, in our search for our roots. Thanks Les! I recognize others on the list who have also been of help and I'm grateful to them as well. I have to say that as far as my experience goes the Illinois sites are far superior than any of the other state sites I have dealt with. I'm happy to be a part of this list. The surnames we are researching include: SPENARD, ST. PIERRE, GEORGETEAU, WOOD and WOODY. As an aside, my e-mail address was stated incorrectly in the list of new members or those changing addresses (ILSTANNE-D Digest V00 #6), however, I am still receiving the digest. Is anyone on the list a close friend of Lois Meier? Perhaps we could get a price quote on what the reprinting cost would be...based on the number of pages and amount of photographs contained in the book. The original book had a paper cover and I believe it was stapled, not bound. Something more durable would be nice. The 150th Anniversary of St Anne will be celebrated in 2000, so there may be a market outside of our research group. 400 copies does not sound like a lot of books to sell. Marcia Stang (Pres of the KVGS) may be able to give us some insight about how the KVGS orders and sells books. They may be interested in this project. Our group of on-line researchers could not undertake this project, but we could give them an idea of how many copies we would be interested in buying. 3. 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF ST. ANNE Let me know when the party is going to held. I really enjoyed St. Anne's Pumpkin Festival and the Graveyard Hopping last year. I had to create a file just for ILSTANNE in my e-mail program (Microsoft Outlook) to filter in all of the postings over the week-end. Now I can skim read my other listservs and junk mail, and then read and study each of the genealogy postings.
