Ginny Crawford is the St Anne list owner. VCrawf@aol.com (in sunny California) We have a list on the GenWeb. Lee Ann was kind enough to put our St. Anne's Members list (with names, surnames, and their sites) on her great Kankakee County GenWeb site. Here is the direct link: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilkankak/stannelist/surnamelist.html When we were a small group it was fairly easy to keep track of the members. Now that we are a Roots List it is more difficult. If any member isn't listed yet, contact Lee Ann Hollenbeck via the Kankakee GenWeb site or at: lee@keynet.net She is a very busy lady, but will get your information posted to our St Anne Members page as soon as she has time. Hi All, I just picked this up off another list that I'm on and thought I should pass it along... it may help in understanding the large death rates in certain years of our families histories... I hope it is of interest... Thanks all for the tidbits/ ideas and information on the Delibac's.... and I am just wondering WHERE in Illinois my MARY DELIBAC was born. I have her birth date as May 12, 1853. ....She is in the same 'age bracket' as Francois Xavier Dellibac born March 28,1856 in St. Anne, Illinois and his brothers. but.... Wonder if her father was the Louis Dellibac, Loda, August 1, 1862, Company K, 76th Infantry, 2 years. Killed at battle of Jackson, July 7, 1864. that was in the latest e-mail from Richard Graveline... (thanks for all the tib bits everyone!!) Oh where, oh where was my Mary Delibac from, oh where, oh where could it be??? LOL I will find her. I will also find how she is related to your Dellibac, and also Norma's Delibac! Hi, Paula, You've thrown me a CURVE!!! How do you know that Moise and Anastasia had another son? He doesn't show up on the 1860 or 1880 census, and to my knowledge they lived their entire lives in Kankakee County - Aurora is a western suburb of Chicago. Sorry, I don't believe he was Moise and Anastasia's son, I don't know who he was, but maybe a nephew. Perhaps he was Germain's son, maybe? I haven't been working or studying recently either, but it looks like I'd better get busy. I don't want to miss out on anything!
