I have a great grandmother named Mary Elizabeth Symmonds who died Sept 4, 1894 of typhoid fever in the town of Fancher, county of Shelby Illinois. Her husband was Dr. Wm Samuel Higgins and they had four children, John, Cozetta, Mary Jennie and Albert Willis Higgins. Anybody sound familiar???? Joann Higgins Coleman
