Bond in the penal sum of $1500 signed by Julian Davis and Gerge W. Clinkinbeard as security. John Douthit, Michael Litz and Henry Helton appointed appraisers. Inventory dated Mary 7, 1846 lists "Interest in his father's estate, Bourbon County, Kentucky not known" Appraisement Bill filed. Ordered that the Adms. pay the sum set to their names: to Julian Davis, widow - $67.13 to Thomas Davis - 33.32 to Francis M. Davis - 33.32 to James B. Davis - 33.34 to Baalis M Davis - 33.32

Hi Eileen This explains what happened to James Davis husband to Juliana Todd Davis, and why he can not be found in 1850 census and why she is living with her brother John H. Todd family in 1850 Wisconsin. What took them that far north is a big question too.
