Hello Bess I am not sure if any one of these James Davis you found are my family. The only thing I do know for a fact is that his wife (1st? maybe another later on) was a Juliana Todd they were married in Bourbon Co KY.June 12 1823 and he was in North Middletown 1820 Bourbon Co KY, near her parents and Uncles. I'll keep this message and see what else comes my way, I know this is a needle in a hay stack, but it was worth a try. Thank you this is greatly appreciated Lorraine ----- Original Message ----- From: "ronbessantes" <ronbessantes@earthlink.net> To: <ILSHELBY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, November 14, 2005 1:56 PM Subject: RE: [ILSHELBY] RE: 1850 Census LOOK UP Please > Lorraine, > > The 1850 census lists the following for Shelby County, IL: > > James Davis Town D, Shelby, IL abt 1825 Kentucky and wife Margaret > James Davis Sand Creek, Shelby, IL abt 1811 Pennsylvania with children > no > wife > James Davis Town D, Shelby, IL abt 1816 Virginia and wife Elizabeth > James Davis Town D, Shelby, IL abt 1844 Illinois age 6 > James T Davis Sand Creek, Shelby, IL Illinois age 2 > > I have Hoopers in my line... who were Franky's parents? > > Bess > > -----Original Message----- > From: Lorraine Llewellyn [mailto:Forefathers@leblink.com] > Sent: Monday, November 14, 2005 12:45 AM > To: ILSHELBY-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [ILSHELBY] RE: 1850 Census LOOK UP Please > > > Hello List > I am new to Shelby Co ILL list. > Does anyone have the 1850 Sehlby Co Federal Census? > > I would like to request a look-up for three family members. > John H.
