Lynn and others, The History of Tower Hill and Vicinity by Homer Eiler is a small booklet of about 68 pages. I got mine at the Shelby County Historical and Genealogical Society when I visited them last October. You can email them and see if it is still available. I think the cost was around $5. It does have a surname index. And Lynn, your Pugh, Gross and Inman families are listed.
