Searching for Harriet Knox born about 1874-1875 in Shelby County. Her parents were William and Mary Elizabeth (nee Summers) Knox. Harriet had a sister named Alice Marie Knox (my ggrandmother). William Knox must have died prior to 1880 because Mary Elizabeth married Nelson Twiggs in Shelby County in 1880. Twiggs are listed in the 1880 Census and shows Alice and Harriet as stepdaughters.
