In answer to your question, Yes, this is the Elizabeth Elder that married Townsend Baker in 1858 in Moultrie County, IL. They moved to Yell County, Arkansas and apparently Elizabeth died there as Townsend married a second time and his son Townsend ended up in Texas near the Oklahoma border. I would love to have any information on your line that you could send me. I will be happy to provide you copies of my stuff as well. Let me know the best medium for exchanging information.
