Thanks for response to my inquiry about Wakefields. The Wakefields in my database come with very little information. Alexander: m. Jesse Alley Andrew Bankson: Father of Joseph L. b. 1839, m. Sarah E. Pugh 8 Nov 1863. Children Florence and Myrtle Charles m. cousin Susannah Wakefield, b. abt 1786, who m. 2 Thomas Pugh 29 Dec 1835 Susannah's mother Martha Rachel Bankson. Margaret: m. Green Rhodes, d. abt 1862 This is getting out on a limb of my family tree, but the multiple connections indicate that the families were close. Thanks for any clarifications. LYNN in AZ

Lynn, I know you tie into our Bankson line and I am guessing that your Andrew Bankson and his son Jacob L. Bankson are descendants of one of Lawrence and Rebecca (Hendricks) Bankson's boy. I will see what I can find. Until then is there any further info on Andrew and Jacob you could share to make the hunt easier?
