Beverly, we have communicated before but not about FAUGHT ancestors. I have RACHEL FAUGHT b. 5 Mar 1842, married 21 Nov 1865 to Nelson B. Neil, and d. 17 Sep 1866. Died at or soon after childbirth, the child buried with or near her. This would have been my grandmother's stepmother. Would like to know her ancestry. LYNN in AZ

Lynn, I don't find a Rachel FAUGHT in my files, but have these- Allie Kathleen FAUGHT b. abt ?1889 married 30 Oct 1909 Shelby Co, IL Calvin KIRKPATRICK. Calvin KIRKPATRICK was a son of David Calvin KIRKPATRICK & Sarah Lavina (HIMES). Sarah Lavina (HIMES) was a sister of my paternal great-grandfather William Henry HIMES of Shelby Co, IL. Pearl FAUGHT b. abt 1883 married 25 January 1911 Shelby Co, IL. William John KIRKPATRICK. William John KIRKPATRICK was also a son of David Calvin KIRKPATRICK & Sarah Lavina (HIMES). I have thought that Allie & Pearl FAUGHT were probably sisters.
