Not been to Tower Hill, but I am pretty familiar with both Shelbyville and Cowden. Shelbyville has Route 16 running East/West through it. If you are traveling from the East and going West, you take Route 16 through Shelbyville and beyond 128 (the turnoff for Cowden). Reportedly, there is a Country Road 15 about 6 miles West of Shelbyville. Turn Left (South) on CR 15 and go .2 miles. Tower Hill is supposed to be just behond it another .1 miles. If you were traveling from the South from Cowden, you would take Route 128 to Route 16 and turn left (West) away from Shelbyville (a right turn take you to S-ville). From Cowden to Tower Hill is a bit over 17 miles. Hope this is clear. Found the directions on Mapquest, and they make sense to me. SHERRY
