Sherry, I am not sure the road name that goes to the left heading from Cowden to Shelbyville, but you don't have to go all the way to Rte 16. There is a small sign that says to Tower Hill. It is only about 7-10 miles from Cowden I think. Going all the way to 16 would make you have to backtrack south. Reportedly, there is a Country Road 15 about 6 miles West of Shelbyville. Turn Left (South) on CR 15 and go .2 miles.
