    1. [ILSHELBY] William Turner burial
    2. Sherry Mazzetti
    3. William Turner is buried 1883 Spain cemetery. Volume IV, page 71 of Boedecker. William Turner was born Oct, __ Died Aug. 1883 (Homemade sandstone slab, very hard to read) There is also a Hubert Turner, a Wiley H. Turner and a Jessee Lee, son of F. E. & M. J. Turner next to him. Further, there is a note that "two north of above (Jessee) marked with fragments of sandstone." No women named Turner. If he married in IL, you should be able to get info online. Birth and death certificates were not required and are rare before about 1918. There are partial mortality lists for some areas, but as I recall, they are for census years, and 1883 does not fit. Hope this helps. SHERRY

Henry was the Postmaster for Tower Hill in 1880. Don't know if he owned any property as I haven't gotten that far in my research yet:} Thanks for looking!!
