Hi, I am trying to find out if Peter and Catherine Stone(Stoner)who had sons Emanuel and Daniel, had a daughter named Sarah. She was born in 1830 in NC. They are listed as Stone on the 1850 census in Schuyler Co. They are Stoner on the 1860 census in McDonough Co. Sarah was listed on her marriage certificate as Sarah L. Kennedy when she married William Kennedy. I found Peter and Sarah living with them in 1860. This made me wonder if they put her married name on certificate by mistake.
