In response to Carol Miller's e-mail: The Manloves go back a long way in Guilford and Rowan Counties NC. It's a well researched family; in fact, I believe there's a published genealogy out on the family in NC. Interestingly, there has been a giant disconnect between the NC and the IL branches, and the NCs know little about what happened to their ancestors' siblings, etc. after they "disappeared" from NC. If you have info on your first Manlove ancestors into Illinois, you might want to post to the Guilford County NC mail list on Rootsweb. I also wonder if someone could tell me where to find "Robin's page." I am very interested in Rushville happenings.
