Hi, The Redbook is "Ancestry's Redbook - American State, County & Town Source", 1992 revised publication, Ancestry Inc., SLC I believe you can order the state censuses from a Family History Center. AGLL (American Genealogical Lending Library?) might have them, but I haven't seen their brochure in years. It also states in the Redbook that the censuses are available on interlibrary loan from the Illinois State Library. So, you might be able to order them through your local public library.
