I've thought a little about how to narrow down the vicinity of this church, and am thinking that finding the land of some of the Kendalls might be the answer, but they were only there from whenever they came in the 1820's (probably) until about 1835-1836 when some of them moved to Hancock County. Actually the land sales of 1835-1836 might be easier to find than the date they bought.
