Posted on: Sangamon County, Il Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Il/Sangamon/1937 Surname: Cave, Breckenridge, Walker ------------------------- In an old newspaper clipping from May 29, 1906, telling about Johnson and Mary Thomas Cave's 60th wedding anniversary, the following descendant is mentioned: "It will be remembered that Mr. and Mrs. Cave on Jan. 14, 1906, filled and enjoyed the distinction second to none in the county or probably the state, that of being matron of honor and best man at their great-granddaughterÂ’s marriage, now Mrs. Zella Spicer Walker of Rochester". Can anyone tell me if there are any descendants of this individual still living in the Sangamon County area? I suspect that she was a granddaughter of Cleophas and Lillian Cave Breckenridge.
