Shinkle and Minnerra(?) Ann Toops that married on 13 Sept. 1862. The minister was a Reverand John W. Terry. I am having a terrible time finding anything on these people. Can anyone shed some light on these names and families? I have lots of Shinkle info, but can't relate Francis A to any of them. I can find nothing on Ms. Toops.
