George Weaver 15 Feb. 1827 and 2. Adam Harmon 9 October 1845; William md. Elizabeth Hunter 1 March 1833; Sarah md. John Torrence 13 October 1837 [Mr. Powers book does not name Sarah as a child of George, however descent proven from probate records located at IRAD]; Lydia md. John Vancil date not known; Elizabeth md. Absolom Harmon 9 May 1833 and Susannah md. Barnabas or Barneybeth Marshall Blue 15 October 1834. All of these marraiges took place in Sangamon County, Illinois. There are 5 more children [girls] from the 2nd and 3rd marriages. They are the children who were along on the ill-fated journey to California and all five survived. Jo Ann Schmidt
