There are two listings in the Illinois State Archives Marriage database for "Julia" Troxel. One married John A. MAXWELL in DeWitt county (surrounding county just north of Macon county) on April 11, 1867, License #: C/19. The other married Perin C. ESKEW in McLean county in 1837 (obviously not yours). So the first entry could be your ancestor.
