Yes, I found a reference of their marriage in Sangamon county, but with a different spelling of his name. This was on the Illinois Marriage Index on-line at the Illinois State Archives website. It is as follows: MOFFETT, ADAM H MCATEE, JANE SANGAMON 04/19/1876 005/0096 4/19/1876 is the date, the other number is the license number.
