    3. Yes, I do. In fact, I have a copy of the deed. Fancy Point church was organized in June 1844. Meetings were first held in the Fancy Point school. In 1856 James P. and America Hilyard gave one-half acre of land to the church as a site for a meeting house. I have heard that it was destroyed by a tornado late in the century, and that the church then met in a union church building somwhere in the area. Descriptions given of the location are as follows: 3 mi. S. of New Berlin; 5 or 6 miles N. of Waverly. Deed: N. W. Corner of Lot no. 1 (in Fancy Point?). I don't have the deed here at home, but I can find it next week and tell you more.
