A very valuable place to look is your local Family History Center. They have a lot of the information that the main Family History Library in Salt Lake has, and films can be rented from the main library if they are not at the FHC. The address http://www.familysearch.org will carry what information the main library has. After you get to the page, click on the Family History Library link, then click on Family History Catalog. From there you can do a "Place search". I just checked it, and it has several directories for this time period.
