Radford(possibly a married name) who married my ancestor Moses Martin in the Sangamon Co. area,I think in the 1830's.A much later census in Arkansas shows her born in Kentucky..Moses Martin(supposed to be 1/2 Indian) was a widower with children and in his 40's (he had lost his wife Jenny Sumpter,on the way from Tennessee to Illinois)and Unicy was 13 or 14 yrs old when they married...the record seems to show her as a divorced woman !!! at that tender age....There was a James Radford living nearby.........They went on to have a number of children together....does this ring a bell with anyone???
