He was born March 4, 1849 in Overton, TN Her Father was Solomon Shetter (Shutter) and was born Sep 15 , 1822 in Oveton, TN and married Rebecca Workman on Sept. 13, 1849 in ILL. She was born Aug 16, 1830. I do have more but not enough on this board to post it all!!
