My copy of "150 Year Reminiscence Illiopolis 1856-2006" arrived the other day. I must have been gone and the mailperson left it on the front porch. Being a farm girl I almost never use the front door so it was there a couple days before I noticed it. The book is well done -- Mary Ann Kaylor always does a great job so this was not a surprise. It is done in a different manner than I am used to. The first 380 pages are history with some great pictures. It's clean and easy to read. Good thing because that is a lot of history, a lot more than you usually get. Names are everywhere but there is an excellent index to help you locate names you are looking for. Across the bottom of the first 108 pages is the Illiopolis timeline, a very interesting addition. The family histories make up the rest of the book. I don't know if there are any left or not. I ordered mine early on. Cheryl Rothwell
Could I possibly get you to look and tell me if there are any NASH (possibly spelled MASH) and PIERCE families in this book? Thank you in advance for any help that you can give me.
