Burnett, nicknamed "Pedro" and/or "Willie", s/o George W. Burnett m. Anna/Emma Jennings, was b. on April 17, 1879-1880, in Sangamon, County, IL. Otis m. Eva Donahue, in Springfield, IL, on March 26, 1902. On June 21, 1928, Otis died in Peoria, IL. Otis and Eva Burnett had the following children, some still living in Peoria, in 1942: Ester (married name was Girard), Virgil, Roscoe, Wilson, Richard, Izetta, and Roland. His older siblings were Charles Isham Burnett, b. 1874, and Anna C. Burnett (m. James "Joe" Kelly), b. 1875. I have lots of information and some pictures to share.
