She died July 29, 1960 in Springfield, Illinois. Luella was born July 4, 1880 in Franklin township, Des Moines County, Iowa. Her father, Elijah LINES died when Luella was about 18 months old, her mother, Sarah LUSK LINES died when Luelaa was 10. Luella was cared for by her older siblings. In the 1900 census, she was living with her oldest brother, Franklin Lyons in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. She was the wife of Garrett Albert Fowkes who died June 28, 1969 in Springfield. There has only been one daughter that I have information on and that is Helen Fowkes who marries Clifford Kittell. Any information on this family is appreciated.
